The sales carried out by the company Creative Card Design are subjected to the following general terms that the purchaser states to accept without restrictions nor reserves since he addresses to Creative Card Design a complete purchase order accompanied by the payment, under the conditions described below.

2. Orders, deliveries

The orders are valid only if they are accompanied by their payment by check payable in France and the wording in €uro with the order of Creative Card Design.
The orders are delivered in simple mail by the postal services. They are dispatched within average 2 to 5 working days after reception of your payment.
The company Creative Card Design could not be held for person in charge of a defect of routing by the postal services.

3. Guarantee, right of retractation

All our products profit from the legal guarantee as regards manufacturing defect.
In the event of nonconformity of a market product, it could be turned over to Creative Card Design which will take it again, will exchange it or will refund it.
In addition, you profit from a right of retractation.

All the complaints, requests for exchange or refunding must be carried out by post way within 10 day as from the delivery. You will have to turn over the complete goods, in good state, with your expenses.

4. Data confidentiality

The information communicated by the customer is exclusively intended for an internal use.
In accordance with the Data-processing law and Freedoms of January 6th, 1978 you lay out, constantly, of a right of access, correction, and opposition to the whole of your personal data while writing at the company Creative Card Design. This site is recorded with the CNIL (n° 1201314)

5. Attribution of jurisdiction

The present general terms of sale are subjected to the French right.
- In the event of problem on your order, you can contact the company Creative Card Design by postal mail, email or telephone.
- In the event of litigation and in the absence of friendly agreement, the court of competent jurisdiction is the bankruptcy court of Nice (06) in the spring of which the seat of the company Creative Card Design is.
