General conditions of Sale

The general conditions of sale apply in an exclusive way to the current and future trade existing between the Creative-Card-Design.com site published by the company Creative Card Design. The fact of placing order implies your whole adhesion and without reserve under these general conditions of sale. There will exist of sale contract between you and us only as from the acceptance of your order by Creative-Card-Design.com. This acceptance will be considered complete and will be famous to be actually communicated you at the time of the sending by Creative-Card-Design.com of an email confirming that your order was dispatched to you.

Article 1 - PRICE
1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax except share in the expenses of preparation and forwarding (see Livraison).
1.2 In the event of order towards a country other than the Metropolitan France you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other taxes local or right of importation or taxes of State are likely exigible beings. These rights and sums do not concern the spring of Creative-Card-Design.com. They will be with your load and raise of your whole responsibility as well in terms for declarations as for payments to the authorities qualified et/organisms for your country. We advise you to inform you about these aspects near your local authorities.
1.3 All the orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros.
1.4 Creative-Card-Design.com reserve the right to modify its prices constantly but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders subject to availability.
1.5 The products remain the property of Creative-Card-Design.com until the complete payment of the price.

Article 2 - AVAILABILITY
We will answer your order within the limit of our stocks available or subject to stocks available in our suppliers. The data recorded by Creative-Card-Design.com constitute the proof of the order. The data recorded by the system of payment constitute the proof of the financial transactions.

Article 3 - DELIVERY
3.1 The delivery is made with the address that you indicated at the time of your order.
3.2 It is up to the Customer to check forwardings on arrival of its order and to make all reserves and complaints which would appear justified.
3.3 Creative-Card-Design.com could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery. Any order not dispatched in the 30 days of the order is cancelled and refunded with the Customer.
3.4 The expenses of preparation and forwarding are calculated according to the weight of the order, the place of delivery and possibly of the mode of forwarding chosen by the customer
3.5 The times indicated are average times and correspond to the times of treatment and the delivery for the products bound for the Metropolitan France and Monaco. For forwardings out of this zone, Creative-Card-Design.com could not engage.
3.6 Creative-Card-Design.com reserve the possibility of splitting the deliveries. The whole of the order is then output. The share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only for one sending.
3.7 In the event of unusual delay, an email will be addressed to you.
3.8 The risk of transport is supported by the purchaser who must formulate a protest justified near the conveyor within three day as from the delivery.

Article 4 - PAYMENT
4.1 The payment of your orders is carried out by bank check or bank card (via the protected system of Paypal payment).
4.2 a contract will be drawn up between the petitioning organization and the company Creative Card Design for each order.

Article 5 - GUARANTEES
5.1 The products bought on Creative-Card-Design.com give right to the guarantee indicated on the site. In any assumption, the customer profits from the legal guarantee of ousting and the hidden defects (art 1625 and following of the Civil code). Any return will have to be done with a handing-over against signature. The guarantee consists, according to our choice, either with the replacement, or with the exchange, of which you have the load to forward them to us to your expenses. 5.4 For any complaint, you must indicate the co-ordinates of the purchaser, your number of delivery order, the references of the product being reproduced on the delivery order and the reasons for your complaint.
5.5 No sending of against refunding will be accepted, whatever is the reason.

Article 6 - RETRACTATION
